Choose who drives a van each day

Each weekday, one groomer can work a van. The van only takes bookings, and only serves its area, on days someone is on it.

1. Go to Settings → Mobile grooming.
2. On the Vans tab, click the van in the list.
3. Open Schedule.
4. For each day, pick a groomer, or Nobody to take the van off the road that day.

The weekday tiles under the van’s name fill in with the van’s colour on the days someone drives it.

• One place a day: a groomer works in the salon or on one van each day, never both. Groomers who already work the salon or another van that day show in the list but can’t be picked. Change their hours in Settings → Groomers first.
• Hours: a groomer you put on a van takes the hours the last groomer had that day, or 9 to 5.
• Taking someone off a day removes that day from the area’s served days, so online booking stops offering the van then.
