First steps after signing up

Once you’ve created your account, work through these in order. Each one takes a few minutes.

  1. Add your services. Add everything you offer, with prices and how long each takes. See Add a service.
  2. Set your hours. Set when each groomer works, so the calendar and your online booking page show the right times. See Set your business hours.
  3. Invite your team. Give each groomer and front-desk person their own login. See Invite staff.
  4. Connect a payment processor. Take card payments, save cards on file, and charge no-show fees. Connect Square if you use a Square Terminal, or Stripe to take payments by text link or QR code, with no card reader. In the Setup checklist this step is Connect a payment processor. It’s done once Square is connected, or once Stripe can take payments.
  5. Book an appointment. See Book an appointment.
