Why Packyard exists
Built by a groomer who got fed up.
I ran two grooming salons and a pet store. Dogs are the best part of my day; the software never was. Booking tools made for hair salons. Reminders that went out once and never told me who confirmed. Then the system we paid for dropped the payment setup our whole shop ran on, and expected us to rebuild around it.

Is it only for grooming salons?
