What counts as a "groomer"?
Anyone who has their own calendar and takes appointments. Front desk staff who only manage bookings don't count.
What's the fair use policy on texts?
Packyard is built for real grooming shops sending reminders and client communication. If you're a 2-groomer salon sending normal appointment reminders, you'll never hit a limit. We reserve the right to limit accounts sending bulk marketing spam or operating outside normal grooming business use.
Do I need Square?
No. Square integration is included but optional. You can use Packyard for scheduling and reminders without connecting a payment processor.
