Do I pay for front desk staff?
No. You pay per groomer, meaning anyone with their own calendar who takes appointments. Front desk staff who only manage bookings don’t count.
Are travel fees included in commission?
No. Travel fees are kept out of groomer commission.
Can groomers see their own earnings?
Yes, on their phone, without seeing anyone else’s.
