Does the app cost extra?
No. The iPhone and iPad app is included in the $49 per groomer plan.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. On Android, Packyard works in the phone’s browser with the same phone layout.
Can groomers see everyone’s appointments?
Only if their role allows it. Otherwise they see just their own.
Do I have to use the app?
No. Packyard also works in any browser, on a phone or a computer.
