  • “On my way” in one tap

A text with an arrival window, from My route.

The route

See the whole day before you start the engine

Each van gets a day on a map: stops, drive times, access notes. Optimise suggests a shorter order; nothing changes until you accept.

  • Day and week view per van
  • Drive times from Google traffic
  • One-tap optimise, you approve
  • Access notes on every stop

Online booking

Clients only see times when the van is nearby

The booking wizard asks for the address first, says straight away whether it’s in your area and what the travel fee is, then offers only slots that fit the route.

  • Address checked against your service areas
  • Travel fee shown before they book
  • Only times when a van is already close

In the van

My route works with one bar of signal

Today’s stops, the next address, the dog’s notes and a big “On my way” button. Saved on the phone so the hills don’t matter.

  • Next stop with access notes
  • “On my way” text with arrival window
  • Works offline, syncs when you’re back

Before you ask

How is mobile grooming priced?

The same as a salon: $49 per groomer a month. No per-van fee. Route planning, service areas and on-my-way texts are included.

Does it work without signal?

My route saves the day on the phone. Check-ins, “On my way” texts and odometer readings queue and send when you’re back in coverage.

Can I run a salon and vans together?

Yes. Vans are locations, so the calendar, clients and reports live in one account.

How do travel fees work?

Flat, per service area or per mile, with a cap, and you can waive it for returning clients. It shows before the client books and sits on its own line at checkout, outside commission.

Can I try it with my real route?

Yes. Start the 14-day trial, add your vans and areas, and we import your clients and pets for free.
