What does it cost to switch?
Nothing. The import and the done-for-you setup are free.
Which systems can you import from?
MoeGo, Pawfinity and All Paws files upload in Settings › Imports. From anything else that exports to CSV, including DaySmart, Gingr and Square, email us the file and we import it for you.
How long does it take?
Days, not weeks. Keep your old system running until you’ve done a real day in Packyard.
Will my clients get texts while you import?
No. Importing doesn’t text or email anyone, and nothing goes out to clients until you switch reminders on.
Do I have to change payment processors?
No. Connect the Square account you already have, or use Stripe.
