Is Packyard cheaper than DaySmart Pet?
Not on list price. DaySmart Basic starts at $29 a month for one user, and Deluxe covers three users from $69. Packyard is $49 per groomer, with no text caps, two-way texting and your own Square account included. The table above shows both.
Can I bring my clients and pets from DaySmart?
Yes. Export your clients and pets from DaySmart and email the file to support@packyard.app. We import it for you, free. Pet names and breeds come over; vaccinations and past appointments don’t.
Can I keep using Square?
Yes. Packyard connects to the Square account you already have, including your Terminal. Stripe works too.
Does Packyard do daycare or boarding?
No. Packyard is for grooming: salons, solo groomers and mobile vans. DaySmart sells daycare and boarding calendars as add-ons.
Does Packyard do mobile grooming?
Yes. Vans, service areas, travel fees, route maps, on-my-way texts and a mileage log, at the same $49 per groomer.
