Common questions
Which is cheapest for a salon with three groomers?
On list price, DaySmart Pet Deluxe at $69 to $89 a month, then Gingr Spa at $109, Packyard at $147 and MoeGo Growth at $149. Gingr asks you to book a demo for the price of your setup.
Which of them let me keep my own Square account?
Packyard connects to the Square account you already have. MoeGo uses MoeGo Pay, and the DaySmart Pet and Gingr pricing pages list only their own payments products.
Which ones have a free trial?
Packyard offers 30 days and DaySmart Pet 14 days, both with no card. MoeGo and Gingr don’t advertise one.
What about daycare and boarding?
Gingr sells separate plans for daycare (Play) and boarding (Stay), and DaySmart Pet sells daycare and boarding calendars as add-ons. Packyard is for grooming only.
Can I move my clients to Packyard from any of them?
Yes. MoeGo files import in Settings straight away. For DaySmart Pet and Gingr, email the export to support@packyard.app and we import it for you, free. Pet names and breeds come over; vaccinations and past appointments don’t.
